Pakistan.fam.pk offers both free and premium educational services. This policy details the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed.

We strive to ensure complete fairness and transparency across all our educational assessments and certification services on Pakistan.fam.pk.

Free Services

No refunds apply to free blogs, quizzes, or open educational resources provided on Pakistan.fam.pk.

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

You were accidentally charged twice for the same examination transaction.

A verified server error prevented you from accessing the examination.

Payment gateway charged your account erroneously without initiating order setup.

Payment was received by PayFast but registration was not activated on our platform.

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

The examination has already started.

The examination has been completed.

A digital certificate has been issued.

The user changes their mind after purchase.

The user fails an examination.

Incorrect information was submitted by the user.

7–14 Business Days Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

Resolution Before Chargeback

Users are strongly encouraged to contact our support team at info@pakistan.fam.pk before initiating chargebacks with their payment provider or bank.

Note: Fraudulent or unnotified chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
